Irina Shayk was chosen to cover the new Guess Jeans ad campaign for spring summer 2012.
Russian model has already worked for Guess back in 2009 and she is well-known for being the image of Intimissimi as well as for cooperating with brands such as Victoria’s Secret, Lacoste and Cesare Paciotti.
She also modeled the Armani Exchange spring summer 2010 campaign and starred in Kanye West’s “Power”.
The Guess Jeans ad campaign for spring summer 2012 is kept quite simple so all the attention goes to the beautiful model and clothing she is wearing.
We think that jeans should be a must have of every woman’s wardrobe and Guess has some really great items to choose from.
Guees models are feminine and versatile, perfect for any time of the day and matched with stylish accessories also of the evening or night.
And believe it or not the ad campaign was shot by Bryan Adams!
Yes Adams is not only a great singer and guitarist but also a very talented photographer.
In fact he has had his photographs published in British Vogue, L’uomo Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Esquire, Interview magazine and i-D, among others.
His other photographic efforts include founding Zoo Magazine, the fashion/art magazine based in Berlin, which he shoots for regularly.
Bryan Adams has also lensed many of his musical peers including Amy Winehouse, Mick Jagger, Arcade Fire or Lenny Kravitz.
After seeing Guess Jeans ad campaign we have to admit we love him as a photographer as much as we love his music.
